Last time I checked, a sport was defined as "that which amuses in general; diversion; pastime." I think NASCAR, as well as all of motorsports, falls into that category. I guess if you don’t need steroids to be better than the competition, it shouldn’t be a sort?
How is Synchronized Swimming a sport? How is Ballet a sport? Figure skating? Because they meet the above criteria. Point proven, now grow up.
